Michael Mizrachi is popularly known as the Grinder. He chose his name to reflect his poker strategies and his determination and strong spirit in a poker table. He even compared himself as the machine that won't stop grinding until he meet his winning points in poker games. He is also known to be one of the greatest poker players where he learned his poker skills through his brother who played poker online. His brother Robert was pretty successful in online poker so Michael followed his footsteps.

What makes playing poker a fun game is having a very supportive mom who happens to also play poker herself. Michael Mizrachi considers her mom to be her best friend who always supports her in all his poker tournaments.

As a player, Michael has a clear goal; to get all the chips from his opponents and managing to win the game. People would normally think that he is an aggressive player; little did they know that it is just a flawed trap for his opponents. For his consistent type of play in poker, he is like a machine where he grinds every card his opponents have and taking all their chips at the right timing.

Michael Mizrachi considers his being a father to his son and daughter as his greatest achievement so far. He is the most proud being a father to a family that he considers to have rich family traditions. Having a close knit family relationships, Michael gets all the support he needs from his loving family to every tournament he ventures into. From his brothers to his parents down to his caring wife and kids, he has the best team that he can turn into to back him up in all his poker endeavors.

We have always known that a professional poker player cannot be that good without the help and support of his family. With Michael, he grew up in Miami Beach, Florida with a family that reflects a close bond with the family members and having a strong will at traditions. Michael Mizrachi as a young boy witnessed the strong bond that links his family together. With this, he was able to understand at an early age the strength a family can give in backing him up morally and emotionally all through his games.

Michael Mizrachi has an older brother, Robert who has also gained some WSOP and WPT finishes. It was known that Michael got the interest in playing poker at his older brother who taught him to play. He has a fraternal twin, Eric who is also a poker player. His youngest brother, Daniel chose a different path to become a professional magician. His older brother Robert, played in some high tournaments of poker and is always seen accompanying Michael in all his games.

Michael Mizrachi considers his brothers as his mentors and comrades. With their support and guidance, he was able to reach where he is right now. Poker played a vital role in their relationship as this game managed to keep them close to one another and preserved their knit connection.
